What $99 a month works out to
For a school with 30 staff, Core is $3.30 per staff member per month. For comparison, district-grade safety platforms commonly run $3,000 to $15,000 a year with multi-year contracts and setup fees, and most assume you have a safety director to run them.
ProtectED is priced so that the head of school can decide on a Tuesday and have the program live by Wednesday.
Pricing questions
Is there a setup fee or contract?
No setup fee and no contract. Monthly plans cancel any time. Annual plans are paid up front and covered by the 7-day guarantee.
What counts as staff?
Anyone you want to receive alerts and training: teachers, aides, front office, administrators, coaches, maintenance, after-care. Volunteers and substitutes can be added as staff too.
What if we grow past 30 staff?
Add people at $3 each per month, or move to Plus when it is cheaper. We will tell you when that is.
Do you offer a discount for associations or dioceses?
Yes. If you oversee several schools, contact support and we will set up a group rate.
Can we pay by check or purchase order?
Annual plans can be paid by check or PO. Contact support and we will send an invoice.
