Parent Safety Page
When a parent asks what your plan is, you send them a link. The page shows the protocols you follow, the last drill you ran, how current your staff training is, how visitors are screened, and how anyone can report a concern. It updates itself every time your school uses ProtectED.
How it works
- Generated on your first afternoon, before you have invited a single staff member.
- Link it from your website, your enrollment packet, and your handbook. One link answers the question for good.
- Shows drill dates and training currency as real numbers, so the page carries proof rather than promises.
- Never shows anything sensitive. No floor plans, no staff names, no incident details. Families see readiness, not vulnerabilities.
- Turn it off any time from Settings.
What changes for you
You stop writing the 10pm email. Enrollment tours have an answer. Board members have a link.
