Safety Minute training
Staff training usually means one in-service day in August that everyone forgets by October. ProtectED replaces it with short, plain-language lessons that arrive on the first of the month and take three minutes to complete.
How it works
- Topics follow your school’s protocols: lockdown basics, visitor procedures, reunification roles, recognizing concerning behavior, severe weather, medical emergencies.
- Each lesson ends with two or three questions. Completion and scores are recorded per person.
- New staff get the onboarding series automatically the day they are added.
- The head of school sees training currency as one percentage, every Monday.
- All content is written by ProtectED from published federal guidance. Nothing is licensed from a third party, so there is nothing to renew.
